Tower Theater Rules

Before attending a show at The Tower Theater be sure to check out the following rules and the FAQ’s below to answer any questions you may have regarding your visit.

What are your opening times for the Box Office?
This may change depending on the specific event taking place. Usually the venue doors will open 1 hour before the start time. And the Box Office will be open from 4:00pm.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the performance?
You are allowed to bring a camera for personal use but please be aware that Flash photography is prohibited.

Are children allowed in the venue?
Most shows at The Tower Theater are all ages, unless otherwise stated.
If you are bringing children please remember to purchase tickets for each person attending, otherwise they will not be allowed in.

Please do check the specific event details to see if the show allows under 18 year old’s.

Does The Tower Theater have Handicap Accessible seating?
The venue offers Wheelchair accessible seating in the Orchestra section but not in the Lodge or Balcony areas. If you require assistance at all, please contact the Box Office and they can arrange with you.
